I have a problem that perhaps you can help me with. I have an IBM Aptiva 52 with a NEC MultiSync XV17 monitor. Suddenly I lost all my RED colors.

There's an outside possibility that you changed the display adapter in the control panel to something other than what you have, and it's messing things up. Check your docs and make sure you have the right one.

If that's not it, the problem is almost certainly with your graphics card. Since Aptivas are at the low-end of the IBM line-up, they probably put in a cheap one. You'll have to replace it.

I doubt very much it's the monitor. If it was, the problem would be more global, not just one colour.
