Berger saved LAX from an Al Qaida attack in 1999 after being warned. Bush was warned on 8-6-01 of an impending Al Qaida attack inside the US using hijackings. Bush did nothing. Berger moved into action.

Berger taking a COPY of a document rather than transcribing it was was allowed was no big deal. I think he paid a $5000 fine and who cares? Unblike Rice, Berger did not allow Al Qaida to attack us inside the US. That is the real issue.
