John, Good question. I know of a few little things about R&D tax breaks and a national program guaranteeing receivables for a nominal fee, but there's no true largesse that I know of. So, I think the comparison is pretty fair. I do know that none of the OEMs give a shit when they are issuing those P.O.s. Price, features and speed, baby. Regarding STBI, they have a dream chart since the end of December. Must be some design wins lurking out there somewhere. Hmmmm. Good Luck, Ski
