CNH Holdings Announces I.B. Deal

KILGORE, Texas, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- CNH Holdings Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: CNHH) today announced that it has entered into an
agreement with Rancho Santa Fe Capital Partners to assist CNH in raising
capital for its new Telecommunications division.
Commenting on the new relationship RSF Capital VP Carl R Marciniak
states," we are currently in preliminary talks with a private fund out of
Atlanta that we work very closely with to place up to 5 million into CNH
Holdings Telecom Division. Tci's exciting new product the POGE 8000 and the
continuing climb in Oil prices is making CNH Holdings very attractive to
Investors. We anticipate having the Company fully funded within a 6 month
period."
Tci's fourth year revenues are projected at $60 million plus making Tci a
dominant force in the Telenergy Communications business.
To assist the company in communicating its story to Institutional
Investors CSK research is preparing a full research report on the company.
CSK has a following of approx. 250-300 small cap fund managers. Marciniak
states, "We have been advised that this is the perfect time to start targeting
