Maxwell << Cash is also needed to perfect the 198nm ArF laser and beyond>> everyone has their suggestions. my suggestion this week to them was to let the market know of their progress in the Arf arena. their progress has been significant and they haven't said anything about this to the marketplace. ArF system progress would dwarf any potential Komatsu is introducing next year based on KrF. although Komatsu is also working on Arf it is my understanding that Cymer is several years ahead in this arena. let's hope so. you've got to wonder what the shorts will do when this announcement is made
