If you dig into chicago violent crime numbers you would know they are drug related gang members with criminal records 80+% of the time. Blacks and Hispanics join gangs today far more frequently than whites or asians. I'm positive banning the sale of new magazines over 10 rounds will not impact the 500+ deaths per year in Chicago. Even Obama during the debates said Assault Rifles were not the problem in Chicago and I don't see him doing anything to resolve the issue. The media is not even talking about the real issue - just AR's used so infrequently and magazine capacities which are not the cause/solution to gun crime.
