*** OT *** (more on pdf files)
Bill, strange ... either you don't have the actual program file, just the Read Me, or else you're browser's not set up right (unlikely, these days). Try this:
click on one of those links again ... this time, choose 'save file to disk' or whatever, when your browser puts up the 'error' message ...
then find the newly saved file (yes, it may take a minute or two, pdf files are large, approx 100K or so) and double click it -- one of two things will happen:
1) it opens properly ... (your browser's malconfigured)
2) it doesn't open at all ... (you don't have Acrobat Reader on your machine after all, just the readme file)
