Your talking about the "eclipse" effect, where one president gets
credit or takes blame for policies and momentum already in effect.
I'm no spring chicken and I've seen that for years and years.
I don't deal with Party Politics ( it's blinds us to
what's really going on with all it's hog wash ).

AS for the CIA, nothing about it is ludicrous ,
I have done extensive studies on it, as at one
they sought to recruit me. I likely have forgot more
about the CIA than you or most people think they know.

My primary concern simply put was what history tells us about the
big picture when "any" leader gets too popular.
I don't want to drive down the street and see posters of any
president like HE is some deity to be worshipped.
