Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like what was filed were 144s, not 4s. If so, this doesn't indicate a sell but simply gives the opportunity to sell up to that many shares if so desired. This may indicate anything, including the thought that there will be an upswing, so having the option of selling needs to be available. Not saying that this is the case, but if it is a 144, it is vastly different than an actual sale.

FWIW, I'm not a shareholder, but simply an interested observer in this company.
