Now we have a "reliability pronouncement" from the "village process idiot". <ggg>
No Kevin, the device reliability will not be adversely affected by the "notched
gate" process. Notching the gates doesn't affect the Leff (DC characteristics)
but does positively affect the AC performance by reducing the gate overlap
capacitance ... In fact, HCI could well be improved (at the same supply
voltage). Nice try though. <ggg>

Do you still expect AMD to release their Copper "AthWIPES" by the end of
this year ??
