Robert, GPGI at 4 for a dollar & hold a year is excellent and safe. Its still speculation, but I agree that with the Mike McKay factor as an unexpected good happening, then all that is needed is good dirt and a proven extraction method, for a successful GPGI to happen. I think it was Ed that identified Mike's strong point as a person that gets the hard and difficult jobs done. Not many of those. Experience and education and long resumes are a dime a dozen.
