Having said that I must admit sadly it may be true.But debate must take place to keep this to a minimum .<< It's a political power game>> True but the wild card [maybe it shouldn't be] in the end is public opinion .Do the Republicans have the nerve to proceed in the face of adverse public opinion? Will the Demos look at the polls before attacking their own president? Will public opinion change? The answer to this last question will determine the answers to your questions.{even the Al Gore one}IMHO
