Wildman,
Asketh and you shall receive the answer as to insider's ....
biz.yahoo.com

But let's see....24 says this is merely a case of how executives who are compensated chiefly with options manage "THEIR" personal cashflows. So let's do a little adding...Sprague, since December has SOLD at least $634,000 of WAVX..(Now that is REALLY managing cashflow)and according to 24 the $332,917 dollars that Sprague received in salary and bonus in 1998 must have been just "pocket-change" and not for cashflow.

Wildman...I will concede you the one point and that is that I don't have a point with my recognition that WAVX is off 60% and that this is merely a reshuffling of the deck to get the jokers to the bottom of the deck. And finally you slam the Barron's article and at the same time suggest that I read Peter Lynch and Warren Buffett. Wildman, let me nearly 100% assure you that neither Peter Lynch nor Warren Buffett would touch WAVX with a 100 yard long pole. So please spare me with your reading list when it is obvious that you don't listen to what they tell you about investing.
