The answer is one three-letter word: ego. Everyone thinks they're better than someone else, and when that someone else shows them up their ego is bruised and the hatred begins. No one is immune to it, not even me, even though I've managed to avoid the wars and just keep doing my thing for the most part.

I don't know if it can be fixed, but a start would be a healthy, exonerated A@P back at the helm as a uniting force. Whether we will ever see this cannot be known, but one can dream.
