The compuserve+cisco deal is not a sufficient condition for a sell off in ASND, it may have only a very indirect effect.
I think the main reason is that ASND price has risen up over the last week for no significant reason and in an edgy market as this people are trying to lock in their gains which they fear they might loose.
Many networking companies have very high evaluations and usually can't hope to remain insulated from investor's jitter.
Actually ASND has held quite well in this environment considering its current evaluation.
