A couple of points that bear bringing up. There is still a significant
possiblility that the zones that they hit will not be commercially
producible because there is too much water mixed in with the oil. That
is the reason that Harken had to suspend testing of the first well they
drilled here in '95. They had logged it and it looked good, just like
this one, but when they cased it and then actually tested it there was
too much water.

Methinks that the fact that there is still significant risk of the well
not being commercial is the only reason that Harken and its partners
Rochester Minerals and Parkcrest Explorations have not made any formal
announcements about the well so far.

I agree with the speculation that Cannacord is still playing around with
this thing. BTW, the fact that there is so much volume is very positive
in that it demonstrates substantial liquidity, and liquidity is a
critical trait that institutions look for before they agree to do a
financing for you. So even if they miss this well it appears that they
will be able to dip into the well one more time (pun intended) for financing.
