Pham, I don't know when earnings are out but I was just reading the Yahoo bulletin board for ELCO and apparently the annual meeting is in about a week. There is a lot of speculation on that thread that the company may make a major announcement at that time. In addition, someone on the bulletin board is speculating that a company called Open Market (OMKT)may be in talks with ELCO. Apparently they both have the same accountant, they are both based in Mass. and someone who used to be an executive at Open Market now is an executive at ELCO. As far as I know this is just speculation, but if interested I would suggest that you read the last 30 or so messages posted on the Yahoo board. Oh yeah, according to that board there has been some recent accumulation of the stock, possibly by a major brokerage house, but no one is giving any names. Take it for what its worth. I'm not sure what its worth, but I'm holding for now.
