~ Problem? I have been reviewing all comments but am concerned that you have to buy Midland in order to participate in Arcon Energy! ~
Answer: Midland and its diversified operation has acquired Arcon which Arcon is going to change the ticker and what not but basically after Arcon concludes the 45K in debt the shell will be Arcon by the end of the month. Midland to my knowledge no longer exists and the board of Arcon is all that exists.

~ Midland seems to have a very wide range of divisions in a number of completely separate fields ie: Computer Software.~

Answer: Not as of the Arcon acquisition all those divisions have been sold off.

~ I can not obtain any financials concerning Midland but note that the Prefered A shares traded today (MIDLP) down 25% on only l,000 shares.~

Answer: well there is only 54K in the MIDLP float. It jumps leaps and bounds are small volume.

~ What exactly is one buying in order to get an interest in Arcon? ~

Answer: The 10SQ and 8k upcoming will explain all of the financials. Arcon has not been in the MIDL shell 3 weeks yet and they are moving to get it all complete by the end of the month. By March Arcon should have full control of its own ticker. ACRX I believe will be the new ticker what I heard mention while waiting for a meeting but not sure yet.

Hope this helps
