Hi, does anybody know when CSGS started to offer Enhanced Statement Processing to its clients. I've been crunching some numbers and I'm trying to figure out why the sudden increase in "Revenue per Subscriber" of over 15% for the 1st half of 1999 after the paltry 5~6% growth in this category for the previous 3 years. As we all know, when you have over 32 million subscribers and most of the major cable operators as your client, it's very difficult to generate future growth by adding more subscribers. Therefore, IMHO, future growth must come from either an increase in $/Subscriber or providing more than one statement (for cable, data, and telephony) to the same subscriber. Is or does anybody have a friend who subscribes to @Home within the TCI region? Do the subscribers of both cable and data receive the billing in one statement or in separate statements? Thanks in advance.
