Hi Carl,

FYI Veeco does not make Ion Implanters. They were in that business for a short time in the 1980's. They also made other measurement equipment such as four-point probes for the semiconductor industry.

I think you may be confusing Ion Implanters with Ion Beam etching systems. The "Microetch" business unit represents about 60% of Veeco's revenues.
