Hi Krishna,

I agree with you totally that it up to the investor to do his due diligence. I did do some but not enough on Xecom, partly because it hard to get good information on bulletin board stocks. I doing more research now that I am in the stock and stock price has plunged!! I feel angry that the company has not yet properly explained Jim Truher's departure. One of the big reason I invested in Xecom was the calibre and track record of the management. Now I realize that while I was buying, Truher had already resigned.

From my past experience Canadian Stocks (specifically Vancouver, Alberta, and Canadian OTC) can be dangerous to your wealth. I would lump Nasdaq bulletin board stocks into the same category. I thought Xecom was an exception because of the management and because of their contracts with the likes of Sprint. But the situation may have changed with the change in management control and I am really talking about behind the scenes control.

Also do we have to really be concerned about being libellous and watch our back on this discussion board ?

And thanks in advance for any post regarding Xecom / radio show.
