Murari, to date, the only licensing agreement that I am aware of is with Motorola. As I understand it, they licensed Amati's ANSI DMT line code and have incorporated it into their "CopperGold" ADSL transciever. Amati has entered "a memorandum of understanding" with NEC to develop VDSL solutions. In my estimation, these are two of the best (if not THE best) communication/semi companies in the world. Other semi companies are rumored to be setting up licensing deals. Cheers, Daniel
