I think they're waiting until 1st qtr. in '98 to build. They should be installing a test system in Las Vegas now.

I'd say most of the PCS companies are finishing their budgets for '98 and will gear back up after the 1st of the year. Not that they've stopped building, but some have slowed since the warp speed seen in the summer of '96.
