Chick, You did an excellent job of summarizing the current situation. The only other think I would add is that new investors should view this as a speculation rather than as an investment, with the risk-reward being favorable. This company has maybe 50-50 chance (this is only a guess) of succeeding with the acquisition. There is possibly 20 cents downside loss from current 35 cents stock price if acquisition fails, and around $1.50 upside if acquisition goes thru.
