Be careful with sector fund investing unless you have done some analysis about the specific sector and can reasonably make a business case of why a sector will do well. Sector investing is really like buying many stocks in one industry. You wouldn't buy any stock without analyzing why it should increase in price. You must do the same with sector funds. You make the case for the sector (industry group). The fund manager just buys the stocks. Mark
