If you have the 2Gigs as a single partition, you can conceivably be wasting up to 40% of the total due to minimum file cluster size of 32k for drives over 1Gig. Partition Magic is wonderful. It partitions your hard drive without having to reformat and start all over. Your data and programs remain untroubled by the partitioning process. I have done it on 3 different drives. No problem - works as advertised. CompUSA, Best Buy, Computer City stock it. Don't know how far out in the boondocks you are. If no local retailers available, try 1-800-EGGHEAD, or surf to their web site. There is a brand new version out. The earlier version retailed for about $40. Derek
