That is the time after a IPO comes out where the company who bought out the IPO can not talk about it....they have to wait 30 days before
they can recommend it....guess that prevents a lot of hype on the stock...of course at the end of the 30 days they almost always recommend the stock and then the stock goes up with all the new buying.......and then they also report on any new business they are getting...and they almost always have a few surprises to report....only good ones....and again the stock usually goes up...so the end of the QP is usually very positive for the company......
