Speaking of advertising.... In researching networking vendors, I came across an article some of you might find interesting. It's about a company called Strategic Networks Consulting "the leading consulting firm for the computer networking industry and producer of ... 8-state ... day-long seminars ... on state-of-the-art network design .... and case-study presentations." Participating customer companies get help with their own case studies. Strategic Networks leads and moderates each presention. But tech reps from vendor sponsors present case study solutions. Vendor sponsors named: 3Com, Bay, Cabletron, Cisco, CrossComm, DEC, HP, XLYN, IBM, and Fore. Too bad MRV is not on this vendor list. The seminars seem like the perfect advertising opportunity. But I almost get the feeling that MRV is aiming at overseas markets. The article is at guide-p.infoseek.com Any comments ?? Cheryl
