Only item I've seen so far is that some unknown (to me at least) that previously had a sell on QLT reiterated that opinion.

By Sybil Carlson Princeton, New Jersey, Feb. 22 (Bloomberg Data) -- QLT Phototherapeutics Inc. (QLTI US) was reiterated ``sell' by the Research Committee at Avalon Research Group.


Unless there's some other news which has substance, a "reiteration" hardly seems like just cause for a selloff.

Rather, I'd suspect the same thing I did a week ago. The street has a little case of the jitters due to QLT not getting the full, blessing within the 6 month priority window. And the longer that it takes the FDA to review the data that had already been provided, the more likely the street is to jump at any little straw. IMO.

In the absence of any other news, the story hasn't changed. I still expect full approval without any meaningful restrictions in relatively short order.

This is a buying opportunity.
