I will try to expand a little on the LOS issue covered in the conference call. This seems to be the issue that most affected the stock. The CAWS system in Boston and Virginia Beach were built using a computer simulation. NO live testing was done until the system was in place. How many technical systems out there have been solved in the first try. This is truly a Beta system. I think CAWS did a great job on the first try, considering this has never been done before. CAWS is very confident it can reach the 75% penetration level in 2-4 weeks of corrections if BANX wants it to (at minimal costs). As Scott has said I do not believe CAWS will do this unless BANX agrees to a new contract. In my opinion, until BANX starts acting more like a partner we will have problems. IF BANX wants out of wireless video, it should say so and not use CAWS LOS as an excuse. CAWS has learned a lot on this first rollout and it has said it will be more efficient in futre rollouts. The conference call was at 3:30 eastern and lasted until about 4:00. I would guess that JAs margins calls are over with for now, because I do not think that a brokerage house would let him margin this stock under $5. As Scott said Tele TV is a non issue with CAWS.
