In an earlier post, you had mentioned that Lau is more cautious in his statements to you than in the past. This causes pause, but I do not want to give it too much significance. I was reading in my AAII Journal an interview with a fund manager (Edward Keely of Founder Growth fund) who said that one of the warning signs he looks for in companies is when management that had been very open in the past begins to more tightly control information. We shall see with Deswell. FWIW, I think the share price has discounted alot of the problems DSWLF could be encountering, but I am not as optimistic as 3-6 mo ago. Of greatest concern to me: I think top line growth opportunites will likely be diminished because of competitive situation. With their money, does it seem likely to purchase capacity in a country with advantageous currency?
