to Brian Malloy, Patriarch and any who might respond. Thanks for the article, which I found thought-provoking. I have not seen the liability question discussed anywhere else, and I must admit, given the state of affairs with lawsuits, I found the idea horrifying.

Do any of you have an idea of how real this possibility is, or how it might be dealt with?
