Mr. K, It looks like it's time to call the attorneys that understand the different forms. If I can find out anything I will let everyone know. I do know that they haven't filed their answers to the 2nd round of questions yet and their is some type of a deadline to that filing. The biggest concern before was that they would be required to do a whole new audit if they missed the filing deadline which is costly both in money and time. So we'll have to see what we can find out. Gwolf
