Hi Chris Jaws took over a shell company called EBIZ around February/98 - it's the old EBIZ that traded up to $2.25. The EBIZ symbol was changed to JAWZ on April 7. During the first week after the name change, the stock briefly touched $1.40 and then settled in around $0.90 to $1.00. Since then, it has drifted to the current level (0.50-0.70). As far as I'm concerned, the Jaws as we know it started April 7 - the previous history is irrelevant. Hope that helps. bbruin
