Sonny & thread; I just read this story: biz.yahoo.com about MPTBS a Real Estate Trust. This looks like it could be a short play if the price does not get away. This closed at $3.5 and they are paying out a $3 dividend on September 12 to holders of record on 2 September. The price might run up before the 2nd and then might drop on the 3rd. biz.yahoo.com gives some company profile information. Am I missing something? This looks almost too good to be sitting out there.
