Mark, I would of responded earlier but I had to go buy a shovel and some concrete for that bomb shelter in the back yard <g>. Hutch has a monopoly at the pleasure of the major players. It is a function of JIT inventory. They decide to exit the business, give up their patents and another Hutch will rise to serve. If memory serves, much of the technology (not all) is an IBM research product. So much to worry about in this modern age of concentrated supply chains-- fire, flood, earthquake, political upheaval-- you can either dig a hole or realize the risk, protect yourself and move on.
