No it doesn't, but 10 years goes by in the blink of an eye. All the things that Obama is doing now is laying a solid foundation for some real change in our country's energy posture. He's about to get more aggressive on Fed mpg standards. We live in very exciting times. Things are finally changing and this country is going to reap a whirlwind of profits from the coming change. Already my renewable energy portfolio is up 23% in a couple months. Not bad at all.
