- One ~ 450 K share day, which took the price up. Definitely not a sell, though that many shares would have likely been distributed over days. Still, they wouldn't have taken the price up. ______________________________________

Another source on insider trades confirms the number above: last two sells were 100K each, @ $3.25 and $5.80
There is no sign of the activity you were informed of: not in volume, not in price direction, not in insider trades, and not in block trades.
Does that mean it didn't happen? Nope. But there's a very low probability that it did, IMO.
