Here it is Mike:

"At December 31, 1994 Jerry Kleven, Brad J. Kleven and Ronald Abeyta owed the Company $81,656, $108,400 and $68,634, respectively, as a result of advances made by the Company to such individuals in fiscal 1994. Nearly all of such advances occurred prior to the Company's acquisition of Kleven."

Please note: PRIOR TO THE COMPANY'S ACQUISITION OF KLEVEN. These are the unsecured loans owed. The other loans to Zerbib and the Kealys were separate and ARE SECURED by IFCI stock.
