That's a good point.

But wait until the SCAM ARTISTS get rolling.

They will be signing up for 10, 20 or 100 of these FREE PCs, use one or two credit cards for the verification, then RESELL the PCs - CHEAPLY - to their friends and neighbors.

Then they too will STOP paying the monthly bills after collecting a ton of cash on the sale of those FREE PCs.
