The problem with legal action (which is inevitable) is that it only hurts the shareholders more. Settlements are usually a tiny fraction of losses. Agree. That is why I said a complaint and request for investigation into leaks by the SEC. As Mike has replied the volume and price drop suggests leaks FMR,AMVESCAP PLC and Morgan owned over 10 million shares each per last report. I'd like to know how many shares they sold and when. Also as Mike suggested this will be my last comment on it. Ray
