PAIR looks to me like an excellent investment for the xDSL market.

I think the other growth candidate in this market is the local providers of xDSL service, who will bulk purchase the bandwidth from Regional Carriers, and re-sell it to end users. Like early ISP's, they may experience explosive growth, if the technology takes off as I expect it to. The telephone companies know that they need xDSL to combat the competition from cable modem and satellite service providers.

xDSL is a faster technology, does not have the long-term limiting factors of cable modems, and can be delived for a lower cost than satellite service.
