MSM is still waiting for the mathematical certainty thing in ohio just like they did in Florida. They are saying that the provisional vote will overcome Bush's 120K lead in Ohio. This is nearly mathematically impossible, of course. But it now sounds like Kerry is going to refuse to concede. Time for the lawyers.
