Nevertheless, I think it's clear that the Street is starting to take WIND more seriously. At the same time, the Street is taking Microsoft less seriously...

Interactive television software maker OpenTV (OPTV: news, msgs) soared 5 1/4, or 13.5 percent, to 44 3/16, while rival Liberate Technologies (LBRT: news, msgs)rose 2 9/16, or 12.3 percent, to 23 1/2 on news that Microsoft (MSFT: news, msgs) will experience a delay in the rollout of its own interactive TV software. The companies make software that, when downloaded to a set-top TV box, will support interactive services -- like electronic program guides, e-mail, e-commerce and video-on-demand.
