If you say that, you get the trillion, and the economy continues to get worse for years to come, then you failed.

What do you mean "get worse"? "For years to come no less". The economy improved after the stimulus. You can argue causality if you like...but it's your word and not backed up by metrics.

IOW you don't get to make up your own facts.
