The only thing that concerns me about the shell and the trilogy of MIDL, empty as it is now, is the status of the potential move to Nasdaq since the bid went to the 3's today. Like everyone else, I hope for a return of Mr. Spr---- and the --144 we can't mention as of now. In the meantime, the shell is attractive if it meets the criteria to get it on the NAZ. Any comments? Are we back to time=0 on this issue now as it seems we would be?
