How do you feel about Airnet Systems, Inc (NYSE: ANS) trading at 26 1/2 announces this morning they anticipate 25% shortfall in 1st Q earnings compared with analysts estimates of $ .30 per share. Shortfall due to 70% increase in ground courier expenses. Also they're issuing 3.1M shares and 250K options to purchase Quick Intl Courier. And lastly, insiders have been dumping shares for months. Looks like a good one to me.
