There is no reason to not declare Iowa for Bush. Every single uncounted county has Bush ahead. There's only 1% left. Bush is ahead 1%.

There is no reason to not declare NM for Bush. There's 11 counties still not finished counting, but Bush is ahead in 8 of them. Kerry's ahead in 3 tiny ones. Bush is ahead 3%.

There is also no reason to not declare NV for Bush. Bush is ahead 3% with 99% counted.

I think CNN in their grief just lost their will to punch in the changes.
