No, CDs aren't dead, or even obsolete. However, Flash & DVDs (which also play in CD players, for the most part) and 'the cloud' are gaining ground. Can do demo from all of the above, or live. Kudo's to your student, hope she's able to handle the publicity, emotionally. PS You forgot #6...liberal amounts of libations...in moderation, of course....lol.
