Is anybody worried about all these software companies rewriting their software to run remotely, obviating the need for Citrix in the first place.

What at one time looked like a big opportunity for Citrix (ASP model) now looks like Citrix could be left out of the equation big-time.

And an application would be much more efficient with a design with remote access in mind compared to the brute-force method Citrix uses.
